• What hours is Wheel DynamiX open? We're open from 8:30am until 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
• How do I know the product I ordered will fit my car or truck? Wheel DynamiX will qualify each order with an information sheet assuring that your order will be correct the first time.
• What if I need help installing my order? We have years of installation experience and can talk you through the installation.
• What is Wheel DynamiX's return policy? Orders can be returned for full credit less shipping and handling if returned within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging with all hardware enclosed. After 14 days, orders are also subject to a restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.
• Why should I buy from Wheel DynamiX? With our extensive inventory we have the products you are looking for available for shipment.
• When will my order be shipped? Orders received by 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 P.M. will be shipped within 24 hours.
